The White Label Management Group Story


White Label Management Group was founded when Managing Director and former corporate executive, Reginald Bean, set out to create the most impactful talent pipeline and workforce development consulting firm in the country with a non-traditional approach to serving non-traditional talent. His vision is rooted in creating an accessible ecosystem that connects hiring organizations to traditionally under-employed and marginalized segments of our society including individuals with non-violent misdemeanors or felonies, veterans, the disabled community, and non-college-bound high school seniors. The outcome will be a more diverse, inclusive, and sustainable workforce along with a thriving economy.

Reginald is known as an inspirational leader and effective storyteller who inspires action as a respected voice within the professional and philanthropic communities, is an HR executive with over 25 years of experience in operations, finance, and human capital management. Having worked in government, consumer health, and consumer goods, Reginald’s career reflects his global, cross-functional perspective in key strategy, business, and talent areas. Through his role in human capital management as Vice President of Culture, Engagement, and Operations.

The idea for White Label Management Group story began while Reginald held several strategic leadership roles during domestic and international assignments spanning his seven-year military career in the United States Army. The idea resumed when Reginald worked towards completing his MBA in Leadership from the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte.

Reginald is also an award-winning author of UNFINISHED-40 Lessons on Purpose, Self and Becoming a Man and A Year and Some Change-Revealing Your Full Potential through Purpose and Perspective; where he’s motivated to inspire emerging adults, particularly young men of color, to discover their purpose while positively impacting their families and communities.
