It's not just a company—it's a movement
Our founder's unwavering belief in the transformative power of Untapped Talent,
Reggie and his team continue to redefine what's possible, one talent at a time.
The White Label Management Group wasn’t just an idea—it was born from a vision sparked by Reginald Bean's journey. As a former corporate executive, his path seemed destined for the boardroom, but his heart was set on a different course—one that would redefine talent pipelines and workforce development.
Reginald recognized a crucial need for change in how society viewed and utilized non-traditional talent. With a fervent belief in the power of inclusivity, he envisioned an ecosystem where overlooked segments of society—those with non-violent misdemeanors or felonies, veterans, the disabled community, and non-college-bound high school seniors—could thrive. His goal? To forge connections between these underrepresented groups and forward-thinking organizations, reshaping the workforce into a more diverse, inclusive, and sustainable entity.
His journey to founding White Label Management Group was far from linear. With over 25 years of experience in operations, finance, and human capital management, Reginald's career was a tapestry woven from diverse industries, including government, consumer health, and consumer goods. This global, cross-functional perspective cultivated a deep understanding of strategy, business, and talent—a unique lens through which he saw untapped potential in the workforce.
His story traces back to his seven-year military career in the United States Army. Strategic leadership roles during domestic and international assignments ignited the initial spark for what would become the cornerstone of his purpose-driven venture. The vision persisted, gaining momentum as Reginald pursued an MBA in Leadership from the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte.
Reginald’s mission extended beyond the professional realm; he became an award-winning author, penning motivational books to inspire young men of color to unearth their purpose and drive positive change in their families and communities. His passion for guiding emerging adults aligns seamlessly with his commitment to reshaping the professional landscape, ensuring that potential knows no bounds.
